まず何といってもヒットした "About Damn Time" でしょう。Pharrell Williams ばりのディスコ・チューン。ギターとベースが決まって、グルーヴとポップが同居しています。
Lizzo のフルートもいい感じ。
レコード・オブ・ザ・イヤーになるだけのことはあります。
Beastie Boys の "Girls" をサンプリングした "Grrrls"、Lauryn Hill の "Doo Wop (That Thing)" からのメロディ借用の "Break Up Twice" (これは Mark Ronson との共作でもあります)、Coldplay の "Yellow" を大胆に切り取ったその名も "Coldplay" など、話題性に欠きません。
いずれも、キャッチーですが、"About Damn Time" と並ぶポップ・チューンかつLGBTを扱った "Everybody's Gay" もいけてます。
